Thought-provoking movie discussions
Great show with intellectual approaches to current movies, giving each film a very three-dimensional approach. Even though there's no clear "good" or "bad" conclusion of the movies, this serves to give the listener many different approaches or interpretations of what we see, more so than a standard written review. Current movie topics are also discussed in this fashion (which I find equally interesting), as well as random past movies being recommended [or not]. I like talking about and discussing movies endlessly so I find this show very entertaining and I would recommend it to anyone who shared this interest. love movies as well as this podcast, keep it up! (however I gotta say, I strongly disliked The Amazing Spider-Man due to its astoundingly high number of flaws, both in the ridiculous writing of the story and basic moviemaking, had to get that out there after it received a relatively decent review) Overall, I'm loving the reviews and I look back at movies I've seen in new ways after these great discussions!

Long time listener. One of my absolute favourite podcasts on film. Have been compelled to write a review so to say, can we please get more Lightning Round episodes!? Your last episode ranks in my all time top 10 podcast episodes (air horn sound to signal the end of this comment).

The best cinema podcast in the universe? Probably not. But best fun to listen.
