Changing my couch potato mindset!
I literally didn't think I could find a topic I would be less interested in. Hear me out though because I have a lot of good things to say! I knew I need a bit of a kick in the behind to put more emphasis on fit rather than mess in my life. Sometimes you just a baby step and start listening to the advice of others, particular experts or at least those who have a bit more experience than this couch potato who might be able to best motivate and complement your efforts moving forward. I'm really enjoying learning and beginning to change my mind set, and I dare say I look forward to more! A lot of the goals I've set will take not only a change in habits but a change in mind set, starting here and now with this show.Read full review »

Surprisingly, it's actually pretty rare that us dudes have conversations with each other with the kind of openness and compassion that Zach & Jeremy do. Which is why it's really needed and makes for an awesome listen every time. With often great guests too!Read full review »

I really enjoy this podcast. It’s self help without feeling preachy or dry. Zach and Jeremy look at day to day issues that most us face and ways to help improve wellness, health and fitness. The interviews are really interesting and I like the broad take on the subjects. Highly recommend.
