This pod is a glow stick for your spirit
I am so immensely grateful for this podcast! I look forward to every new release of Flynn's, and I can't believe how lucky we are to live in an era in which this kind of infinitely valuable info is available for FREE. Dude is providing such real service and love to us through balanced, thoughtful, informed words, and he is helpful with no agenda other than sharing in the joy of our collective chosen growth. Lately I've been getting curious about my own patterns and have gotten real about some habits that no longer seem to be serving me, and it truly felt like Episode 41 "How to Approach Self-Sabotage" came out at an uncanny time. Flynn's got this twin brother energy that can be so honest and warm, which makes his way of looking at something potentially tricky like self-sabotage feel safe and hopeful. It's like he's shining a glow stick on the shadow from a whole new angle, and he does humbly, inspirationally, and without dogma. This pod has truly helped me find the gold in some of life's tough spots and use it all for the better. Thanks, Flynn! You've been a huge part of me becoming who I want to be.Read full review »

It goes beyond intellectual insights and truly moved me emotionally, putting words, examples, and stories to the things I feel in a way that I’m not sure I would have been able to articulate myself. It’s thoughtful and motivating. I highly...Read full review »
