Food for Fitness
After searching healthy living podcasts I found this great show! I emailed and told Scott once a week was not enough could I get daily. I was surpised to even get a response to my impractical request. Love the show very informative. Easy to apply small changes I even learned about an oatmeal recipe with canned pumpkin can't wait to try. Thanks for a great show I love to listen during my walks & in the car on the way to work.
