Just listened to the first podcast from food for fitness and have to say it was excellent. Have worked with Scott before who helped me with a diet plan for lean gains and his advice and support was superb. Podcast in similar vein common sense approach to get long term gains from small simple adjustments. Look forward to future episodes. Keith
