Absolutely invaluable podcast for anyone interested in nutrition and fitness - at any level. Scott Baptie is addressing and discussing intelligently subjects directly and indirectly relating to fitness, exercise, nutrition and fat loss with a wide range of experts, educating and encouraging his listeners. His guests are carefully chosen, often awe-inspiring, highly interesting specialists, and you will come away from each episode having learned something new, something (sometimes surprisingly) entirely relatable to you, and often having been encouraged to criticise existing views and 'health crazes'. Just found this podcast- wow!
