Good...but not convinced...
This is a very informative podcast with good guests, it's clear from the outset that The Times have thrown a lot of money at this to try and top the charts. Unfortunately, and whilst I think he's great on 5 Live's Fighting Talk, Danny Kelly just doesn't cut it for me. James Richardson at the Guardian podcast has far more wit, knowledge and general good presentation skills. Good try though Times, just try concentrating on paying a better presenter and he'll get you far more listeners than high profile guests will....Read full review »

After listening to the Football weekly podcast from the guardian I thought I would check the game out. Wont be downloading anymore episodes. Who is the idiot american guy who thinks Rooneys best position is as a wide attacker???

This is the one I point people to if they want a football podcast. Insight, depth of analysis, lively discussion, and the Gabester. Say what you like about him, Marcotti knows his footy.
