Marcotti - no passion for the game.
This could be an excellent podcast, but Marcotti spoils it. Firstly he takes himself far too seriously, and secondly, it seems he has learnt anything he knows from a book. He has no knowledge or time for any football below the top leagues. Indeed, I'm sure I heard him once comment (on 5live) that he doesn't like football below that level. Just like the Premier League, he is over hyped, and under talented. Jupitus coming in is a good move, but Danny Kelly was better. The Guardian pocast is much better. Far more fun!Read full review »
