In this episode Laura speaks with Clinical Psychologist & Yoga Teacher Naomi Middleton. We talk about the role mental health plays in IBS and how the gut brain axis and vagus nerve are involved. Naomi gives some tips on how we can support our vagus nerve, and how we can work towards a healthy body image.
