“I don’t like the general tone of this podcast. Not a fan of the ‘just man up’ attitude the presenters have, and encouraging you not to listen to your body and just work out and push through it anyway. The presenters don’t have actually have any qualifications in nutrition or fitness and I find this podcast to be toxic for anyone with orthorexic tendencies.”
