The answer
I’ve heard of HSP for a good few years but was distracted by agonising over the mental health and other health diagnoses I’ve received over the years - generalised anxiety, depression, BPD, hormonal issues… I am in my mid 30s now and have been grappling with these issues for so long. Ditched medication and realising I need to accept that I’m highly strung and sensitive and that is OKAY. Love this podcast. Short episodes that make me feel normal.

It’s good to find others like me in the world, and find shared humanity. I’m grateful for this podcast. It helps me feel less alone, and feel better about myself. Thank you!

I discovered this blog a short while back. So, I'm even ore excited about this podcast. It helps to know there's a real scientific explanation for your crazy and that you're not a freak. I was nodding my head the entire time regarding the train scenario. Looking forward to listening to more.
