Insightful, funny, and warmly empathetic, this is one of mynew favorite podcasts
I have adored and felt a connection to every guest, and man are these good guests. Not only is it funny and deeply entertaining to listen to, but listening to such intelligent, insightful, and successful guests talk so intimately about thier struggles with depression is profoundly validating and encouraging. I like the different perspectives on mental illness. I love the host, his intentions are so obviously good, he's a great interviewer, and his own story and perspectives are well worth listening to. Finally this is just good entertainment! Download this whether or not you have any connection to depression or mental illnessRead full review »

I cannot suggest this podcast enough. John Moe is such a great host and he gets to the heart of what those with mental illness go through. Fantastic podcast.
