Life changing ❤️❤️
This is the most phenomenal podcast and there is so much to take from every episode. I have particularly appreciated the OCD episodes as I have a family member who grapples with this. And, surprisingly, the episode with Jamila Rizvi which I nearly didn’t listen to because I’ve had cancer and thought it would be so triggering. But what she said reflected so much of what I went through (and so much worse) and it was so liberating.

I didn’t realise this was missing from my podcast feed until I found it. The concept is great. Everyone suffers mental ill health in some point of their lives. Having voices of inspiration in my earbuds while I complete monotonous tasks is exactly what I needed.
