I am a long time listener but their recent episode with Fern Brady especially reminded me of what great interviewers they are. You can tell that Josh is earnestly listening to everything the guests say by the input he has and the great questions he asks, creating space for guests to share such personal stories. Every episode, no matter the subject matter, you can tell Hugh has done his research by the niche and interesting questions he asks which always start incredibly insightful conversation.
