I had no idea
I loved the interview with Dr. Patel and how we must breath to sleep better. So many people breath shallow and after listen I’ll focus on the techniques offered.

I’m convinced that the vast majority of insomnia cases are fueled by fear and anxiety… not mold. Listening to this podcast during my struggle only made my insomnia and anxiety worse, because I thought that my issues with sleep were a sign of something worse going on in my body.
