My all-time fav podcast!
It all started back in 2020 when the world was crazy and I realized I was heading towards pre-diabetes 😳 I stumbled upon this podcast back when it was Melanie and Gin. I’d never heard of fasting or bio hacking- but since I’m a science geek, I started listening and was instantly inspired to try my own fasting journey! I have learned A TON of new things, lowered my A1C back into normal range and my Dr was amazed! I loved it when Cynthia was on, but now with Vanessa she brings so much knowledge of the high protein, sports and fitness approach! I am a lifetime fan! Keep bring the great content and questions we all love!
