Hi Jade! I've been following you since 2016, after casually bumping into your presentation of the Metabolic Aftershock. What I appreciated was - and is in this podcast - the way you share your "recipes" for a healthy eating: nothing elaborate, but simple and easy to do and to remember, for example: "soups, scrambles and protein shakes", or "lower in starch, fat and carbs", "water".
