JD’s opening monologue on today’s podcast is the ONLY honest, well thought out and spot on take regarding this year’s Leaf playoff run.
Good on you JD. You came well prepared with your arguments and took a view from both sides and still no one seems to want to hold the Leafs...”Read full review »
“Don't understand why an intelligent analysis has to devolve into this childish garbage. JD just can't keep it professional, he ends up like all the Twitter loser hot take commentary. Be better JD, annoying and loud isn't exactly an aspirational target for a sports commentator.”Read full review »

“I appreciate JD's honest commentary. He is a good interviewer and I like the guests selected for the show. JD makes me laugh and feels like a relatable (and at times) disgruntled fan wanting more from the players and teams, which I respect and appreciate as a passionate fan myself. He says it...”Read full review »

“Im only here leaving a review because I was pretty shocked to hear someone from my very small town of Port McNicoll have a text on the show, (I dont know port texter TJ). The response of ‘this is how we’re first hearing of Port McNicoll?’ was pretty funny. A few seedy things do go on in port here...”Read full review »

“Update: While I don’t like some aspects of the show, I do think that JD is relatable - and I’m bumping my rating to five stars because I agree with every single word of his take on Ovie’s chase of Gretzky. Show is at its best when JD has a co-host like Ben or Blake to provide contrast. Love the...”Read full review »

“Im 26 and have been listen to the network since I was 17, Ive heard a lot of different shows in that time. I would have to say JD is best host on the network with Ben Ennis a close second. The two of them are head and shoulders better than anyone on the 590. Thats why Good Show was perfect. Love...”Read full review »

“Love the podcast but JD can get annoying with how much he complains about his job. I mean though thing to hear when he has one of the best jobs ever.”

“I’ve listened to a lot of sports podcasts but nothing really beats JD, i’ve been listening for over 5 years now it’s a very well rounded show, passionate takes, great guests, I love when ben ennis is on, brings me back to good old days of good show, and the show is hilarious sometimes...”Read full review »
“Undoubtedly the most well-rounded sports show in Toronto. JD is clearly passionate when it comes to the Toronto teams (which is appreciated), but what sets the show apart is the depth of conversation he can have about teams and storylines in different markets as well. He knows his stuff and the...”Read full review »

“Love everything JD does. This is my go to podcast everyday. Followed him from the good show to the morning show and now to this. He is an up and coming star in the Toronto sports media scene. He isn’t afraid to tell it like it is and be critical when he needs to be. Keep up the great work JD!”
“JD’s incredible, been a listener since Good Show. Can’t wait for more air time with JD and Ben this year. JD making fun fun of his interns is top tier content”
“Long time listener of JD on his various shows. Love him or hate him, he’s the most entertaining daily host on SN. The weekly hit of Good Hour with Ben is hilarious and they have great chemistry.
Keep up the good work boys.”

“Very entertaining podcast that’s not afraid to be emotionally invested in the local teams. Every episode also good for a few good laughs. Great combo.”

“JD is the man. Have been a huge fan of his since he started on the air, and there’s not a day that goes by that I don’t listen to his show. Pay this man whatever he wants and never lose a talent like him @fan590”

“The people in this podcast talk about things that don’t really matter and don’t give the listener much entertainment especially when they start talking about there own lives and just nagging on and on I wouldn’t recommend this show”
“Great listen. You don’t always have to agree with him but he’s a hell of a host. Always some laughs and a good dynamic with the kids. JD you take way too much time off!”
“I’ve been listening to JD since he was a producer with Ben and Andrew Walker playing “Sports Tinder” with the legendary Jackie Redmond.
humour, intelligence, outrageous takes, good takes, great interview skills, sick guests - throw this all in the blender and you’ll get great listens. He’s a...”Read full review »
