I hesitate to write the 1st "bad" review because I think the hosts have great intentions and overall I found the discussed topics interesting. I listened to three of the podcasts to give it a fair chance, but there were, consistently, a few things which turned me off. 1. Way too much "chatter" as another reviewer already noted. I found myself annoyed and almost thinking that I had clicked on the wrong podcast # because it took SO long to get to the main subject 2. Uber turned off about the 'no working out' thing. One of the hosts said she quit halfway through a hike because it just wasn't worth it. Maybe (hopefully) I'm mistaken and the hosts plan on working on more active lifestyles (beyond walking - I love to walk too A LOT, but only in addition to some serious sweat-time) once they reach their ideal hormonal levels? Anyway, my first critique is probably something the hosts can work on, but I fear my second critique will remain a point of contention and a major personality difference, and one which, unfortunately, has caused me to unsubscribe. *sad face*Read full review »

Thank you for all the helpful information that you are taking time to share with us and I really appreciate the fact that you have shared your experiences. I specially like the information about fasting for women, it has given me a new view on this topic.
