I love this podcast, I am not a triathlete, more of a cyclist who occasionally runs. I find the content so informative and thought provoking, it doesn’t have to be specifically for triathletes as it covers so much more than that. Thanks Brad and keep up the fantastic work.

Each triathlon podcast has a niche, and this one is perfect for getting helpful and quick tips often. I prefer this over the 1 hour plus episode types, because while those also provide lots of info, it can be time consuming to listen and concentrate on all that material. This podcast boils it all...Read full review »
