Opening up and talking about mental health issues is still very difficult for many. Some fear of being judged and others do not know how to talk about what they are going through. The Labelled Life is an exploration into how Mental Illness Labels affect the lives of Ordinary Singaporeans. We hope that through this sharing, we would be able to change public perceptions on mental health.
