Great segment lengths
I’ve read Matt’s books, watched his Ted talks, listened to radios shows/YouTube videos and others over the past few years. What I love about this podcast so that each segments is only 10 mins long, on point, and understandable to the average mind without too oversimplifying. It’s great for sharing with my teenage kids so that they can learn to appreciate the importance of sleep before college rolls around!
