“I have intermittently listened to this podcast over 5+ years & loved them. Sadly I cannot find my original favourites as they seem to have disappeared off iTunes. Having rediscovered J&J meditations I’ve found some recent episodes seem to have a low back ground hum. Really distracting & not relaxing alas. The tone used is ‘out’?”
