Take what you need, when you need it
I love the variety of topics, and how even on days when I feel rather closed off to the world, there is an episode or two that will speak to me. I’ve been binging on the episodes, but I think 3 in a row is a healthy number to get just enough tips without overwhelming yourself. Listening to your voice alone makes me feel kinder already. Thank you for your work.
