I have a very physical and active job and don’t get a lot of time and always struggled with mindfulness and meditation. This podcast is perfect, the episodes are long enough but not too long so it is easy to fit into the day. I actually listen to this on repeat now when I drive to my partners house! I love how open and honest each episode is and I genuinely feel this has helped me so much with work and my relationships. I’ve also had the pleasure of interacting with Rachael on Instagram as well and that absolutely made my day. Can’t recommend this podcast enough. Thank you so much for sharing with us!

I listen to Rachael's podcast on the way to work and I find it calming and relaxing and at the same time, very empowering. She is not afraid to share her personal stories and podcast is also full of helpful practical advice. I can listen to her all day!Read full review »
