a fantastic and curious series
I was first asked to try listening to Mistholme earlier this fall by a friend with similar interests to my own in the realm of audio drama podcasts, horror, fantasy, and the emerging genre of weird fiction. The premise, writing, sound design, and the lead voice talent have me hooked. I adore it so much that I've taken to keeping track of the story's lore by editing the fandom wiki I established for the podcast. If you enjoy other podcasts like Archive 81, The Magnus Archives, or Mabel, you should consider giving Mistholme a listen.Read full review »

The museum aspect is interesting, but google “the Cottingley Fairies” and “the devil and Robert Johnson”, and you have the first 2 episodes.

Very creative story telling. Lovely calming, and sometimes creepy narration :)

I think most reviews mention this, but Mistholme Museum gives strong Magnus Archives vibes. Very creepy and tightly produced. I love the concept and the writing. Very nice!
