I recently discovered The Mistholme Museum when it was recommended to fans of the Magnus Archives. Mistholme is a fantastic podcast! It's the story of a very strange museum (of mystery, morbidity and mortality), as told by the audio guide for the museum. It's hard to say more without spoiling it, but the stories are fantastic. Each episode has different stories within it, as well as a larger meta-narrative. If you like the Magnus Archives, you'll certainly like this show (although it's generally less dark than TMA). I highly recommend trying this show - the voice acting is fantastic and the story is a ton of fun!Read full review »

This is another good anthology podcast with an overarching plot. The stories USUALLY don’t tie in with the plot, but regardless they’re really cute and fun stories. The speaker really put his voice to good use. He’s very soothing to listen to.

The fun and sometimes dark twists on folklore and classic tales make this podcast a great companion on long, winding, nighttime walks through the deep forest, wailing at the top of your lungs for your lost love.

The museum aspect is interesting, but google “the Cottingley Fairies” and “the devil and Robert Johnson”, and you have the first 2 episodes.
