Smart host, mediocre communication
Richard does seem to know his stuff. It is always great to see someone teaching correct running form as a critical component of run training and teaching the benefits of polarized training. But he isn't a very good communicator. His explanations are often difficult to understand, even to the point of confusing his guest. He even uses the word "commonstraight" (which isn't a word) instead of "commensurate". But if you can get past the communication issues, the content is valuable.
