Leave your bias at the door
Gotta love listiening to a preview podcast after you know the results! Re FA Cup 1/4 finals and Utd v Liv. When will you be able to see past your anti-Man Utd bias and provide some decent, evidence based analysis. Fanalysts such as Tim Spiers have such a hatred of Utd (he's stated it) that they are unable to offer any opinions worth listening to. Some examples - Is Ten Haag under pressure - Yes. Is Eddie Howe (10th, out of everything, diastrous season, richest club in thw world) - No. Yes Utd hjave had some injuries but so have other clubs and they have dealt with it better. Spurs and Newcastle are mentioned. Is this the same Sprus that have dropped like a stone from top to 5th? When you talk about Newcastle, suddenly injuries are an excuse! What?? Tim is worried about Wolves because they have injuries. What the hell are you talking about? Ten Haag has wated money on his forward line and Liverpool have done much better for less. Really? Rashford, Garnacho, free (effectively), Hojland 60m. Yes Anthony was 80m but Erik doesn't sign the checks. Meanwhile Liverpools fwd line (DIaz, Gakpo, Jota, Salah, Nunez) has cost E280m. They bought a new midfield last year for E170m. What are you talking about? Mount is cited as a bad ETH signing - he's been injured for half the season. Can you at least get your facts right. One request - can you please put Tim Spiers name in the episode title in future so that I can decide if it's worth listening to. Thanks.Read full review »
