I find listening to Paul very calming, his approach to the crazy things in life are realistic, relatable and sensible ! He has helped me to slow down and pay attention to the way I treat myself and others! Thank you!

Dangerous pseudo psychologist
The guy gives advice to people on life changing matters with seemingly no relevant qualifications. He’s a complete chancer and dangerous. He has the potential to ruin people’s lives and is cavalier about it.
