“I've been using Adwords on and off for my businesses for 10+ years, but I've never quite gotten my AdWords account to perform the way that I need it to.
I'm only about 6-7 episodes in right now, but I can tell you that this Podcast is already having lasting, real, positive effects on my business.
My strategy until now has been "throw a bunch of 'stuff' at the wall and see what sticks". .. not the best way to do things, but as a business owner wearing 25 other hats, so it is difficult to really sit down and learn AdWords yourself.
I have tried hiring a couple of different AdWord professionals, but have never been pleased with the results, so I keep going back to managing it myself. But, my self-taught knowledge only went so far.
My self-education thus far: Reading a ton, several long calls with Google Employees (who periodically call small business owners to help coach them); watching AdWords YouTube videos; I've even gone through and passed the Google Partners test... but there was always a lot of 'holes' in my overall strategy.
love how these guys have really broken down each segment of the process so perfectly -spending entire segments on keyword research, bidding strategies, etc - that other platforms only gloss over with a sentence or two.
I've learned so much and realized a ton of mistakes I've been making already - and I'm only through episode 7!
