Listen with caution
Started listening to the episode around Mental Health anxiety and thought ‘wow, someone finally gets it - they know what I’ve been going through for years’. However the more I listened the less I was convinced. Josh butting in is pretty annoying, his hard-fact, no nonsense approach is probably best saved for another topic ‘yeah, your constant worrying will be harmful to you’ (might seem obvious but not what you want to hear) and the way he talked about suicide towards the end was just down right disgusting. He joked about being candid but said it was needed; it isn’t, there is no reason why you can’t be sensitive when talking about this issue. Such a shame. People have this platform and have no idea of the power of their words. Not for me I’m afraid, definitely won’t be listening to any other episodes.

Educational and relatable! Finally people who have experienced anxiety and panic taking about it from an honest and informative place. 11/10.

This is the most soothing and effective podcast about anxiety that I’ve heard. Everything about it is gentle, which is really important for people whose nerves and senses are fried or sensitive. Even the opening music is very gentle.
