The internet is scary place these days.
Within 5 minutes of scrolling your Instagram or Facebook feed, you're almost guaranteed to come across one or more posts claiming that "coconut oil is good for gut health", "bone broth will heal your gut", or "you need to eat gluten free to heal the gut".
Cue the eye roll.
I'm growing increasingly tired of seeing these misinformed claims claims sprawled all over social media with zero accountability being held by the fear mongerers who post them.
