In this episode I go off a bit on something that really pisses me off; people making unsolicited comments about other people's bodies on social media. Fair warning, there are more swear words in this one than usual as this topic really hits a nerve for me. I hope you find my outrage at the very least entertaining, but more so that it helps others who have dealt with this problem know that there are those who will stand up for them.

In this episode I dive into a topic that's been bothering me recently. I continue to see digital marketers and fitness influencers hawking programs that they claim help you lose fat, gain strength, build muscle, improve your endurance, fix your health, and on and on. It's important to understand why it simply isn't possible, and what you CAN do instead. I hope you find it helpful!

In this week’s episode I wanted to dive into a topic that is of particular importance right now. It's the new year, and there are SO many people out there shilling their solution for weight loss in 2022, and frankly a lot of them are complete BS sold by underqualified and/or unscrupulous people looking to turn a quick buck when they know the market is full of people looking for solutions.
