#192: Rapid vs. Steady Fat Loss: Which Is Better?
Listen now
Description
For as long as fat loss has been the dominant goal in the nutrition and health space, so too has the question been asked: should I lose weight slowly or quickly? The debate around rapid vs steady fat loss continues and it is one that you need to be aware of and understand better in order to approach your diet more effectively and safely.  So…which one is in fact better to do? Should you try and rapidly shed the weight? Or is a more slow and steady approach the better way to go about it? Honestly, there is no clear-cut/definitive answer to this, unfortunately (at least not via a poddy). However, I will share the considerations, the science, and the practical implementation to help provide perspective and share my own take on this as a Dietitian and Nutritionist.  In this episode, I explore the reality of rapid vs steady fat loss to provide you with more direction and clarity for your own goal.  ____________________________________________ DOWNLOAD MY FREE MACRO NUTRITION CHEATSHEET  Your Guide To Improving Your Macros & Food Knowledge https://theclimbingdietitian.lpages.co/macro-cheatsheet-the-climbing-dietitian/ Apply for 90-Day Macro Sherpa Program: https://bit.ly/395QmGs Check out and SUBSCRIBE to my YouTube channel: https://bit.ly/2Mxqs4W Email me: [email protected] To find me on socials: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/theclimbingingdietitian TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@theclimbingdietitian Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/theclimbingdietitian Twitter: https://twitter.com/beardyAPD Link to blog: https://bit.ly/330ULq4 Check out my website for more information on me and what I do: https://www.theclimbingdietitian.com.au
