“Living in Japan and being very excited about the World Cup I have been ingesting rugby podcasts daily. This is the only one I have found frustrating and has annoyed me so much I switched off. Lawrence is great but Stephen Jones comes across as hugely out of touch with the modern world. Talking about how surprised he was to see the Russians not looking like grumpy soviets was offensive. The assumptions he was making about Japan particularly the amazing transport system were really annoying. Google maps does show which direction to go: the searchlight shape points the way you’re going. Sorry Lawrence you are great your dinosaur of a co host needs to become better acquainted with how the world works in 2019.”
