Regina Lopez competed in the 2020 Olympic Trial Marathon, won her first Spartan Trail Race, finished second in her first ultra, and set a 50 mile treadmill world record, yet she’s struggled with confidence and self-image. Today she talks about how she works through those issues, the importance of surrounding yourself with people who believe in you, and taking on the challenge of trying new things.
