“I was sick and took a couple of months off from running and now started listening to this podcast as I am starting back to running again and it is like coming home to good friends, Kari and Serena Marie, RD! First, I love the length and variety in each podcast, great for long runs! Secondly, I love that Kari is not intimidating at all talking about running- she interviews elite athletes sometimes but recognizes that everyone who runs is a runner, no matter the pace. Thirdly, I like the nutrition advice from Serena because I know that is essential for my health. I also love the variety of topics discussed- mental motivation, sleep, gifts for runners, etc.- lots of fun stuff! This podcast is a great fit for me and I think it may be for many other runners as well!”
