Great Info
I stumbled upon Patrick’s podcast when looking for info on nutrition for runners. I like his balanced approach. He’s very personable and has some great advice for runners who are looking to lose weight or maintain. I’ve listened to a lot of podcasts on this issue and I have to say I’ve learned a lot from his podcasts and Facebook group.
