“I’m 22 and was lucky enough to find out about this podcast after a Screencraft Screenwriting Summit where I heard Meg talk. The passion these women have for writing is contagious and I truly believe they’re not just teaching writing; but they’re teaching humanity. This isn’t like any other writing class I’ve taken. This isn’t surface level. They’re teaching me how to go deeper than I was willing to go and attempt to find my “lava.” While most of my past classes have felt more like I was being beaten over the head with structure at what felt like the expense of the story, Meg and Lorien seem to be illuminating a different path where both are harmonious. I’ve lost a lot of my passion for writing throughout my varied experiences in classes, but I feel reignited, and I’m grateful. I look forward to this podcast every week.”
