Great information ruined by excessive comments and personal comments
The information presented in the podcast is phenomenal. It's engaging, interesting, and captivating for any passionate historian. That being said, the personal commentary and heavily biased comments take away from the effectiveness of the podcast. Rather than letting the listener form their own opinion and draw their own conclusions, the two hosts disengage the audience by making sarcastic and snide comments about the various levels of the Canadian government that are easily known and understood by the majority of the listeners. The hosts also presume to tell you how you should feel about these locations as well as assuming a history of privilege. The podcast is interesting to say the least, but I wish it was presented in more of a professional way rather than its current format.Read full review »

What an awesome podcast! Thank you for saying what needs to be heard. It isn't all maple syrup and happy-go-lucky hsitory here in Canada and that needs to be acknowledged by us fellow Canucks!Read full review »

Great program! Really enjoyed the comment that we are divorced from our history. This is a podcast that can help us learn the other side of the story.
