Hydration without the hype
As a Respiratory Therapist, I preach to my patients about hydration all the time. Heck, I tell anyone who listen to drink more water. I loved the explanation of fluids vs drinking water. Secret life of dieticians
I love these ladies! They get real about food, diets and all the newest info. I love hearing them bring this information to a level we all can understand. They take away the guilt and shame and give us real ways to be healthy. Definite must listen!
