How to notice the ‘labelling of an emotion’, then feeling into where it is in your body. Samantha Tomkinson is a psychologist, yogi, business consultant and avid adventurer. She has worked in psychology for 15 years and also holds qualifications in NLP (neuro linguistic programming),  business, somatics, yoga and meditation.
