Intelligent, thoughtfully researched and well-crafted Podcast...
I highly recommended this podcast for skeptics and non-skeptics alike, or those with an interest in the promotion of good science. The podcast is well researched and intelligently presented, but not over-produced. The topics are fresh, and the interviews with well-known skeptics from a wide range of disciplines are informative and entertaining. It's also nice to see that they will occasionally interview a pseudoscientific guest to give "the other side of the story." The skeptics' questions and criticisms during those interviews are thoughtful without being disrespectful. Despite having the occasional inane comment that detracts from the topic, the cast is lively and a treat to listen to. Highly recommended.Read full review »

The Skeptics' Guide to the Universe is fun and informative. Dr. Novella and his rogues do an excellent job of promoting science, reason, and critical thinking, and apply each to all arenas of life. This podcast is a must listen for anyone who has the common sense to question.Read full review »
