Earlier episodes are best
I used to love this podcast when she was giving lots of actionable tips. I was considering doing PGSD because I got so much value from the podcast. Now, I feel like the episodes are far too long and rambling or less actionable. Please go back to the old material and maybe review or talk about how people have used it. I know that you can’t give away everything for free, but I loved the hints about clean rest, power planning, and the nature of perfectionism. This last episode made me feel physically anxious because it was so long that after almost an hour we were still on reason 1 of 3. It made me sad to hear that the launch wasn’t successful, but maybe get back to the value podcasts that made people hungry for more.
