Good info, but repeats herself too many times and goes in circles.

It’s really awesome to be reminded of that fact that there’s nothing wrong with perfectionism and it’s not something to get rid of. Sam really emphasizes this and provides ways to work with it. I love her transparency

I recently stumbled across the Perfectionism Project and really loved Sam’s conversational style, transparent and honest behind the scenes sharing and depth of research on topics. Quality listening and highly recommended!

Most of the episodes are just talk and zero help. It’s just to promote the paid programs.

I really wanted to like this but it was hard to sit through. I found this in a blog for productivity podcast but whew, I felt like I want to procrastinate listening to this. I appreciate the personal stories but they take a long time and repeated multiple times.

There is some great information on changing mind set in here. Unfortunately there way way to many details and unrelated information being shared. I think there are amazing tips and tricks within this podcast but the delivery, in my opinion, needs work. (Disclosure: I listened to only one episode).
