It wasn't Sulfuric acid after all
As I walked around the tasting room during the 5th anniversary party, I noticed many of the barrels had SO3 + H2O written on them. I found this curious because SO3 + H2O --> H2SO4, otherwise known as Sulfuric acid. Just days later I was listening to episode 82 and it then it made sense, it was steamed Ozone! I am an Enology student (Chem heavy) at Fresno State and have started listening to your podcast during the commute. The podcast is fun and informative at times. Keep up the good work!
