“This year I started new habits. I leave my phone in the lounge room and sleep without it’s interruption. I also bought a Google clock for my bedside table which I programmed to play The Space every morning when I wake up and every evening before I go to bed. The fact that this podcast releases two short episodes every day is so incredible! I absolutely love love starting my day with a little mindfulness strategy or food for thought & I love having such positive words spoken to me before I go to bed.
