“I do intermittent fasting and found that when I “opened my eating window” I would sometimes binge or overeat. Someone in the Facebook group that I am a part of suggested I listen to the Stop Binge Eating podcasts. I have found them to be very helpful, not only with controlling binge eating but other unwanted habits in my life. I binge-listened to the first 35 episodes in 2 days😂. I especially liked the episodes regarding “all or nothing thinking” and “feeling discomfort”. I have subscribed and am looking forward to hearing more.”
