I’m currently on a journey to lose 140lbs (10 stone). I’ve tried to lose weight so many times and it’s never worked because of how I’ve always simply used restrictive diets and willpower. Until it hit me that nothing like that will ever work, and what I need is an overhaul of my life and habits. This podcast is proving essential in keeping me on track - not with a diet but with a better LIFE with better eating habits, better thoughts about food and ultimately my control around food and eating. Kirstin is both your personal coach and best friend in every episode, and her voice is becoming an essential part of my day.
